If you believe you are experiencing paranormal activity in your home or business, we are are here to help! Sometimes the biggest fear can be not knowing what to expect from contacting a group to investigate the possible activity.

That's why we have laid out below what you can expect during a typical investigation request process. Hopefully this explanation can help some of those fears. Know that all your information will be kept strictly confidential and is always free of charge.

Step 1 - Contact for assistance from you! This is sometimes the hardest thing to do.     Know that you are contacting people that understand what you maybe experiencing   and want to help. All we ask is that you try to be as descriptive as you can so we know how severe it may be.

Step 2 - We will return you e-mail as soon as possible to set up a time that will be convenient to you for us to call. We will call you to get more information about the activity and ask any questions that we may have and to answer your questions also. At this we will discuss a possible time to come and do a home interview.

Step 3 - This step will be the actual home interview. A team of two to three S.E.O.P.I. team members will come to your home or business at a predetermined time set by you. The team will consist of at least one, if not both, of the co-founders of S.E.O.P.I. This meeting will be very informal is just an information gathering process for us. It will allow us to evaluate the size of the location so we can put the right sized team together for your investigation. It will also give us a chance to see the locations that have the most activity and to address any equipment issues that may exist. We will also take electromagnetic readings at this time to determine if there may be an issue there. The most important reason for this meeting is simply for us to get a chance to know one another so if you do choose to have an investigation, you will hopefully be a little more comfortable with the people spending the evening in your home or business.

Step 4
- Scheduling of the investigation. After the home interview, we will contact you to see if you still wish to proceed with the investigation. If the answer is yes, then we will schedule a date that is mutually agreeable. Do to work schedules, we do schedule the majority of our investigations on Friday and Saturday nights. We will discuss the amount of time you wish for us to investigate and will abide by whatever time limits that you set. However, keep in mind that the more time we have to investigate the more data we can record. Most of our investigations last around 8 hours but still the limit is set by you. We also will ask that no more than two people of the home be present during the investigation. This is only to decrease the chance of contamination of the audio and video data. We will also began any historical research that may be needed at this point.

Step 5 - The investigation. The S.E.O.P.I. investigative team will arrive at the agreed time and will come in to say "hello" before any equipment is unloaded. We will introduce any members that you have not previously met and discuss the process with you once again. We will also ask for a quick tour for the "new members" so they can become familiar with the layout and the location of the claims. After the tour we will begin to unload the equipment and proceed with the set-up process. Set-up can take up to a hour depending on the size of the location. Know that no items will be moved or displaced in your home without receiving permission from you first.

After the set up is complete we will turn off all lights and begin the investigation. The members will then split up into investigative teams and begin collecting data by way of audio, video, and other scientific means at our disposal. Team members will act professional at all times and keeping in mind that we are only guests in your home. After investigating for the predetermined time, we will start to collect and pack all equipment brought in to your home. We will return any items that we have moved to their original location. We will do a final walk through to make sure that everything is were it should, making sure that we leave that we leave nothing behind including any trash.

Step 6 - Data review - After your investigation, we will begin the review of all data collected during the investigation. We carefully go through every minute of audio and video recordings and noting all anomalies in the data. This process can be quite lengthy so we do ask for patience during this time. We know that you will be anxious to find out the results but you must keep in mind that we all have full time jobs and families too so we squeeze in the data review as fast as we can. However, we do not want to rush the review because we do not want to miss what might be a vital piece of evidence.

Step 7 - Reveal - After the evidence has all been reviewed we will contact you to set up a time to come to your home or business to go over the evidence. we will go over the nights investigation, including any personal experiences, audio and video evidence, along with any other scientific data collected during the night.  We will be willing to answer any all questions that you may have
including any advice on the situation. Before we leave, we will present you with copies of all video and audio evidence if any is captured.

Step 8 - We are always here for you! Just because we have done your reveal does not mean we are done with you. If you ever have a question, concern, or problem caused by the activity, we will always just be a phone call or email away.
